Tail: Cock hackle fibres: Red/ginger.
Rib: Gold - wire or oval
Body: Falt gold.
Body Hackle: Grizzle hen dyed ginger
'Wing': Fox squirrel.
Cheeks: Jungle cock splits.
Thread: Black.
Substituting feather wing slips for hair nothing new, but it's still a useful way of adding a new lease of life to many of the old traditionals. The Whichkams Fancy is one such pattern to benefit from a little extra movement, not to mention extra durability and consistency of colour and pattern.
