Another tried and tested workhorse dabbler, this red holo tying has caught me countless of fish over the last six or so seasons, expoloiting that classic, deadly colour combination of black and red. It's not too fussy about the conditions, and works well from day one to the last. A nice little variation I sometimes switch too is  to use a furnace/greenwell body hackle - seems to work well in the summer months. Another one for lower down the leader, my preferred position being the middle.
