Hook: Size 10 Kamasan B175 or 170
Tail: Bronze mallard dyed dark olive.
Rib: Gold wire.
Body: Seal's fur mix - several different olives.
Body Hackle: Grizzle hen dyed 'Golden Olive'.
Cloak/Wing: Picric dyed deer hair.
Thread: UTC 'Brown Olive' 70 Den.
A new 'wet' mayfly pattern designed for the late hatch on Skye's unspeakably beautiful and dramatic Storr lochs, where it had good results. Basically a buoyant dabbler, cloaked with deer hair, rather than mallard. One for the top dropper.
